BC Rugby will host the Vancouver Rugby Festival to compliment the HSBC Canada Sevens Vancouver Tournament. Headlining the Festival, the Elite Sevens divisions have the opportunity to compete against world-class teams. Also up for grabs is CAD$5,000 winner-takes-all prize money for the men’s and women’s Elite Sevens winners.
