The annual Vancouver Halloween Parade & Expo is a three day festival of Arts, Performances, Cosplay, Films, Comics, Anime, Games and Makeup. With the Parade starts at 11 AM Sunday in downtown Vancouver, rain or shine, welcome to the world’s largest Cosplay stage (this is a family friendly festival so NO blood or gore costume is allowed).
