Rossland Winter Carnival
Recognized as Canada’s longest-running winter carnival, Winter Carnival has been a popular event for more than 116 years. Popular parts of this event include the World Bigolfathon Championships, the well known Sonny Samuelson Bobsled Race, snow volleyball, dogsled rides, a display of the world respected Slocan Ice Sculptures, a parade, a kid’s carnival and the large Variety Show highlighting family entertainment. There are also multi-talented downhill, golf & ski races.
