Since 2003, the Northern Lights Lantern Festival has celebrated North End Halifax.
The Northern Lights Lantern Festival is a day of fun and creativity for all ages, where old friends run into each other and new friends are made.The festival is a celebration of the vibrancy and diversity of Halifax’s North End. It’s a community festival in the truest sense where everyone is welcome.
There is no charge for admission,  BBQ or activities.  It’s a great way to celebrate the North End as a community.
