The City of Toronto host it's annual Cavalcade of Lights event the last Saturday in November. Join the fun for an evening of live entertainment, nostalgia, fun and fireworks.
There are light displays and then there’s the Cavalcade. Nathan Phillips Square’s annual kick-off to the holiday season takes place late November, with a spectacle of holiday lights, fireworks, live music and a tree-lighting ceremony.
Featuring the lighting of Toronto’s official Christmas tree, performances by some of Canada’s top musical talent, a beautiful fireworks show and a DJ skating party.

The Wolfe Island Music Festival is returning !
Wolfe Island Music Festival is a non-profit Musicfest that takes place August each year on Wolfe Island (20 minute free ferry ride from downtown Kingston, Ontario)
Featuring the likes of Said the Whale, Land of Talk and Born Ruffians this will be a great return for the festival.

Every April, Halifax erupts in laughter as comedians from all over North America hit the stage for the Ha!ifax ComedyFest. Held over 4 days, the festival boasts a multitude of shows in various venues throughout the city. The Festival is one of only three major comedy festivals broadcast nationally on CBC TV.
